Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item(s) and undergarments (including socks & underwear)
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

Process for returns and exchanges 

  • To start a return, please fill in the form below and quote order number and reason for return or exchange. You can also contact our customer service team at bashbros810@gmail.com
  • If return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Kindly be advised that a $10 flat rate shipping fee applies to all returns 
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

 

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bashbros810@gmail.com

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Pre-orders

  • When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout as we do not accept partial payments.

 

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
